Matar Pulao banane ke liye sab se pehle achi quality ke basmati chawal ka intekhab karein. Chawal ko kam az kam 30 minute ke liye bhigo dena chahiye taa ke pulao khila khila bane. Ab bhige hue chawal pani se nikal kar degchi mein daal dein aur halki si mixing karein taa ke chawal tootay nahi. Is ke baad andazay se pani add karein (aam tor par chawal se double pani). Tez aanch par ek ubaal aanay dein, phir dhakkan laga kar aanch halki kar dein.
