Aloo Paratha hum sabka favourite breakfast hai — par agar aapko dough gundhne ka mann nahi hai, to yeh liquid dough version aapke liye perfect hai! Is recipe mein na sirf time bachta hai, balki paratha bahut soft aur tasty bante hain.
Ingredients (for 4 parathas):
2 cups wheat flour
1 cup water (adjust as needed)
2 boiled potatoes (mashed)
1 onion (finely chopped)
2 green chilies (chopped)
1 tsp cumin seeds
½ tsp turmeric
1 tsp red chili powder
Salt to taste
Chopped coriander leaves
Oil or ghee for roasting
Method:
Make the liquid dough:
Ek bowl mein wheat flour aur water daal kar smooth, pourable batter banayein (consistency pancake jaisi ho). Thoda salt add kar lijiye.
Prepare stuffing:
Ek bowl mein mashed potato, onion, green chili, cumin, turmeric, red chili powder, salt aur coriander mix kar lijiye.
Cooking time:
Tawa garam karein aur thoda tel ya ghee lagayein. Ab ek ladle bhar batter daal kar halka spread karein, paratha shape mein.
Stuffing layer:
Jab niche ka layer thoda set ho jaye, upar se thoda stuffing daal kar spread karein aur ek aur patla layer batter ka daal dein taaki stuffing seal ho jaye.
Flip aur roast karein:
Dono side se golden brown hone tak sekhiye. Ghee laga kar crisp aur soft texture tak cook karein.
